How it works - Procedure Owner
Easy
The Procedure Owner uploads his specified Tankcleaning Procedure, making sure the most recent version is always available for all stakeholders in its supply chain.
Way2Clean does all the other work for you. Users can then be managed and monitored.
Smart
Way2Clean ensures that users of the procedure are informed when a new version is published. As a procedure owner, your only task is to refer to Way2Clean to ensure that the most recent version of your procedure is known and being used.
Way2Clean converts your procedure to a training document for cleaners, including e-learning and a PLC instruction in order to make sure that your procedure is actually followed in practice and that cleaners are aware of what the procedure entails.
In addition Way2Clean manages your White- or Blacklist and is able to perform on-site inspections of the approved cleaning stations.

Need to train you operators?

Need to set up your PLC to the (new) procedure so you can work with automated cleaning programs?
Use the PLC instruction from Way2Clean to set you cleaning program correctly.

Smart and Sure
Procedures in the Way2Clean database are always up to date. No need to email all kind of documents to the Tank Cleaning Station. Simply refer to Way2Clean and they know what to do.
Need to know if the cleaning station is authorized to perform the procedure? Check Way2Clean for the White- or Blacklist.

In the end, it is your responsibility to provide a correct order to the cleaning station. If you do not, the cleaning station is not responsible, but the claim will come to you. Way2Clean helps you to reduce this risk.
